What You'll Be Doing
Reaching out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social channels
Having friendly, honest conversations to understand what people need
Keeping the CRM tidy and up to date (no one loves it, but it matters!)
Learning the software so you can explain it simply and confidently
Working towards realistic KPIs and celebrating the wins along the wayWho They're Looking For
You don't need a long CV, just the right mindset.
Some experience speaking with customers or doing a bit of sales
Comfortable picking up the phone and talking to new people
Quick to learn new tools and tech
