HR Manager Dungannon Salary disclosed on application Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to act as the right-hand support to the Director. This is a hands-on and strategic role, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working closely with leadership and department heads to drive organisational success. The HR Manager will play a key part in shaping people strategy, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, and ensuring the business has the right people, structure, and culture to achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Directors to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Lead on succession planning, ensuring a clear structure for talent development and future leadership needs. Work closely with department heads to identify, diagnose, and solve organisational or people-related issues, offering practical and effective solutions. Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Oversee seasonal workforce planning and management, ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and retention of temporary staff. Support and coach managers in HR best practices, policies, and performance management. Ensure compliance with employment law and company policies. Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR systems and reporting. Promote a positive and engaging workplace culture focused on collaboration, development, and accountability. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a fast-paced or seasonal business. Strong background in succession planning and talent management. Demonstrated ability to partner with leadership and department heads to deliver strategic HR solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and influencing skills. Confident managing both permanent and seasonal employees. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience preferred.
