This is a varied office-based role with excellent career progression into account management, team leader, or senior sales consultant positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation & qualification using CRM and sales platforms
Making introductory calls and handling enquiries with businesses
Supporting tender/bid documents and marketing campaigns
Passing qualified leads to the sales manager
Maintaining strong customer relationships to secure repeat business
Assisting with administration, quotes, and site surveys
Learning products and services via full training provided
What Were Looking For:
Confident, proactive, and not afraid to pick up the phone
Strong relationship-building, telesales, and communication skills
Common sense, resilience, and a can-do attitude
Experience in sales, internal sales, or customer support is a bonus but not essential
