About the Role
We're supporting a growing, operationally focused business to hire a hands-on HR Manager to support a workforce of around 300 employees.
This is a key role within the organisation, combining strategic input with hands-on delivery across the full employee lifecycle. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, supporting organisational performance, employee engagement, and the development of a scalable HR function.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business goals into practical HR initiatives, using data and insight to support decision-making
2. Support organisational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives including restructures and transformation programmes
3. Lead and implement change management activities, ensuring clear communication and successful adoption across the business
