We are looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to join a thriving development in Grimsby. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused individual to be part of a successful sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guide buyers through the new home purchase process, from initial enquiry to completion
* Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with potential buyers
* Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a professional and welcoming approach
* Conduct viewings, present show homes, and provide expert advice on available properties
* Keep accurate records and ensure all paperwork is completed efficiently and correctly
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in new home sales or a property-related role is preferred
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive and results-driven approach
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work weekends and bank holidays as required
