Due to a strong pipeline of major projects, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to support the delivery of large-scale construction schemes. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value projects while being supported by an experienced project and commercial team. The Role As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include: * Managing all on-site activities for major construction projects * Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and direct labour * Ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality and environmental standards * Managing site programmes, short-term planning and logistics * Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks and inspections * Liaising closely with Project Managers, Design Managers and Commercial teams * Maintaining accurate site records and reporting progress * Driving a positive, high-performing site culture About You * Proven experience as a Site Manager within main contracting * Background delivering large or complex construction projects * Experience working across public and private sector schemes * Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and H&S legislation * Confident managing multiple subcontract packages * SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (essential) Package & Benefits * Flexible, competitive salary depending on experience * 27 days annual leave Bank Holidays * Car leasing scheme via salary sacrifice * Death in Service * Cycle to Work scheme * Cash Plan * Pension Why Apply?
