Job Description
We are looking for an experienced technical leader to oversee the development and evolution of our core business applications. This role blends hands‑on engineering with strategic oversight, ensuring our CRM platform and connected systems continue to scale, integrate, and support the organisation’s long‑term goals. You will guide a small development function, shape technical direction, and ensure solutions are robust, secure, and aligned with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a small development team, providing technical direction, mentoring, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across ongoing projects and enhancements.
* Design and oversee the architecture of core business applications, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and capable of integrating effectively with internal and external platforms.
* Drive the development and optimisation of CRM‑related solutions, including custom features, workflow automation, and integrations that improve business processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation, translating requirements into technical plans, managing priorities, and ensuring clear communication throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
* Strong background in CRM development and customisation, with hands‑on experience building and extending solutions within modern Microsoft‑based ecosystems.
* Practical experience working with cloud technologies and integration patterns, including event‑driven services, APIs, and workflow automation tools.
* Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, including version control, solution governance, and best‑practice development standards.
* Ability to operate as both a technical expert and a team leader, balancing architectural thinking with hands‑on problem solving and delivery ownership.
