Job Responsibilities
1. Act as the single point of contact for customers to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns related to assigned support services within a specific region, product, or coverage area.
2. Maintain knowledge of the assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, including their configuration and installations, serving as the primary access point to internal functions supporting the customer.
3. Establish and sustain ongoing communication to provide technical and business support to customers in the designated geographic region or coverage area.
4. Develop expertise in your functional area, potentially becoming a subject matter expert and providing professional or thought leadership.
5. Influence policy and ensure service delivery within your area of responsibility, collaborating with other organizational units.
6. Interpret internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices to enhance products, processes, or services.
7. Utilize industry trend understanding to inform decision-making processes.
8. Lead efforts to find innovative solutions within complex manufacturing processes involving technical diversity and interdependent production cycles.
9. Implement advanced operational, product management, manufacturing, or engineering techniques, collaborating with related functions to resolve issues.
10. Assess the quality of received information and question conflicting data for thorough analysis.
11. Leverage multiple internal and external resources outside your immediate function to support decision-making.
12. Potentially lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risks, or complexity.
13. Present business or technical solutions to leadership, demonstrating clear communication and negotiation skills.
14. Communicate complex messages effectively, influencing internal stakeholders and negotiating with external partners, vendors, or customers.
15. This role requires significant experience in the Services & Customer Service Management domain.
16. Educational qualification: Degree in a relevant subject.
