✅ Requirements:
Experience in soft strip-out/demolition
Valid CSCS card
Right to work in the UK
1–2 recent references confirming experience
Able to follow strict health & safety guidelines
🛠 Main Duties:
Removing fixtures using breakers, jackhammers, and ripsaws
Loading skips and clearing site waste
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
