Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Aldershot. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying and developing new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Key daily responsibilities include managing accounts, preparing proposals and presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include market research and ensuring a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings to effectively address client needs.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, negotiation, and account management.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills for relationship-building and client interactions.
* Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
* Knowledge of underground drainage and ducting systems or related products (preferred).
* Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts effectively.
* Proficiency in computer applications, including CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently on-site.
* Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
