We are now looking for proactive individuals who can embrace our work culture and core values, whilst providing a key role to help our company achieve its long-term goals.\n\nJob Opportunity – Sales Executive:\n\nJoin a competitive and expanding sales team where your skills will be recognised and rewarded.\nBuild strong and lasting rapport with our prestigious client base.\nGain experience selling multiple products including Awards Entries, Print Media & Digital Media.\nWork with leading companies in the world of Architecture, Interior Design, Property Development & Real Estate Agents.\nYou will be fully trained in order to develop your knowledge and understanding across our product range.\n\nRole Responsibilities – Sales Executive:\n\nYou will be speaking to international prospects, introducing the International Property Awards, encouraging them to enter their projects and represent their region.\nYou will be researching potential new prospects as well as following up on existing leads.\nBuild up your pipeline with successful clients that can be approached for a wide range of other products, including Awards presentations, events, advertising in winner publications and our magazine International Property & Travel.\nYou will build and manage your client base and have the chance to reapproach them for following yearly cycles of The International Property Awards.\n\nRequirements - Sales Executive:\n\nA background in sales is preferable, however we also acknowledge and embrace candidates with an eagerness to learn and a desire to succeed.\nTarget driven and self-motivated.\nExcellent communication skills are a must - good telephone manner and strong spoken and written English skills.\nDue to the international nature of the business, flexibility is required with working hours to accommodate different time zones.\nAdditional languages are useful but not essential
