We’re looking for a driven, motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team in Brownhills. You’ll be selling high-value products to top-tier clients in construction and development - including Quantity Surveyors, Project Managers, and Contract Managers. This isn’t your average sales role - it’s an opportunity to build relationships with the industry’s elite, working with a respected, premium brand.
What You'll Be Doing:
1. Selling to high-level decision-makers across the UK
2. Building and maintaining client relationships
3. Conducting outbound sales calls and following up on leads
4. Learning a specialist product inside and out
5. Hitting targets and contributing to a motivated, close-knit team
What We’re Looking For:
1. At least 1 year of sales experience - recruitment, estate agency, or telesales background ideal
2. Comfortable working in an office, 9-5 or 8-4, Monday to Friday
3. Confident speaking to senior industry professionals
4. Eager to learn and develop product knowledge
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented
Salary & Benefits:
1. £28,000 - £32,000 basic salary depending on experience
2. Uncapped commission with realistic OTE of £50,000+
3. Full training provided on the product
