HR Officer
* Temporary (3 months), Full-time
* Location: Salisbury, Office Based
* Salary: £15 - £17 per hour
Our client is seeking a HR Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This full-time role requires the successful candidate to work in our Salisbury office from 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Act as the first point of contact for the People Team, providing excellent customer service.
* Manage diaries for the People Team.
* Take notes and write minutes during meetings, including drafting follow-up letters and communications.
* Write letters for various HR matters using provided templates, such as flexible working requests and contract amendments.
* Ensure high levels of detail and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
* Quickly learn and effectively use new processes and HR systems (full training will be provided).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* CIPD Level 3 qualification or relevant HR experience.
* Previous experience using HR systems is desirable.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven customer service experience.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* A valid driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally.
* A strong eye for detail and accuracy.
