Key Account Sales Executive – RegTech / AML Solutions
Location:Yorkshire (hybrid, 2 days per month in office)
Salary:£50,000-£60,000K base + 50–70% OTE (circa £100k total package)

We’re partnered with a PE-backed RegTech business entering an exciting growth phase following recent investment. With award-winning compliance technology, they’re now looking for a Key Account Sales Executive to drive mid-market new business across financial services, lending, accountancy, and related sectors.
What you’ll be doing:
* Winning new mid-market accounts with deal values typically £5K–£10K
* Building and managing your own high-quality pipeline
* Selling complex AML / compliance technology with a consultative approach
* Engaging with decision-makers at senior levels across regulated industries
* Working closely with the Sales Director and commercial teams
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5 years’ experience in SaaS or tech sales
* Proven success selling into regulated industries
* Exposure to AML, financial crime, RegTech, or compliance solutions (ideally having sold them, or coming from a competitor / adjacent vendor)
* Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
* A true hunter mindset, with consultative, value-led selling skills
