An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and proactive Sales Executive to support the growth of an established business operating across both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
* Outbound Communication – Proactively engage potential customers through targeted outreach, building interest and establishing initial connections
* Relationship Development – Nurture client relationships, converting new inquiries into long-term partnerships
* Business Development – Identify and secure new opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions
* Sourcing & Order Processing – Source raw materials, prepare accurate cost estimates, and manage order processing with attention to detail
* Account Management – Maintain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
* Collaboration – Work closely with commercial and production teams to ensure seamless delivery and service
* Reporting – Provide regular updates, insights, and feedback to management to support strategic decision-making
Skills & Experience
* Proven sales experience within a competitive environment
* Strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
* Confident communication skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers
* Experience in preparing quotes and managing pricing discussions
* Understanding of sourcing processes and order management workflows
* Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
* Ability to analyse and report on sales activity and performance
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales role
* Self-motivated with a strong ability to manage workload independently
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Good numerical skills to support pricing and order management
