Your new role
You’ll take full responsibility for supervising refurbishment works, ensuringpliance with legislation,pany procedures, and client expectations. From planning and phasing to resource allocation and quality control, you’ll keep projects on track and within budget.
1. Supervise kitchen and bathroom refurbishment projects from start to finish.
2. Ensure safe execution of works in line with health & safety legislation andpany standards.
3. Plan and organise materials, plant, labour, and subcontractors to meet programme requirements.
4. Maintain on-site administrative systems and provide accurate reporting.
5. Monitor technicalpliance and quality levels against design and specification.
6. Control site operations and preliminaries to remain within budget.
7. Motivate teams and resolve issues quickly to maintain progress.
What you'll need to succeed
8. Proven experience supervising refurbishment projects (kitchens & bathrooms essential).
9. Strong understanding of health & safety and qualitypliance.
10. Excellentmunication and problem-solving skills.
11. Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle (mileage claimable)

12. CSCS Supervisory Card
13. CITB SMSTS
14. Scaffold Safety Inspection
15. First Aid, Fire Warden, Asbestos Awareness
16. COSHH, Risk Assessments & Method Statements
17. Working at Heights, Manual Handling, Noise & Vibration Awareness
