The team comprises members from both the Bournville and Thane R&D centres. Working as part of a cross-functional team, you will deliver the RDQ activities required to complete new product/technology development, validation, and testing, with an emphasis on meeting the desired consumer experience. Another key aspect of this role involves developing products that align with evolving nutritional guidelines, including working towards compliance with nutrient profiling models such as HFSS (High Fat, Sugar, and Salt). You'll be instrumental in?delivering superior new technologies and capabilities to our commercial partners and project teams. How you will contribute With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organise and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing, and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You'll play a key role in?unlocking growth opportunities?by ensuring our innovations are developed with the right ingredients and formulations to meet consumer needs and nutritional standards. You will plan and conduct pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements, and development activities (e.g., product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation, and?nutritional analysis). You will also write technical reports that will require the analysis and interpretation of results and that lead to conclusions and recommendations and create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications. This will contribute to?delivering superior new technologies and capabilities?within the Beyond the Core platform.
