Site Manager The Company This Site Manager’s role is with one of the UK’s main contractor’s, they have an excellent reputation and are responsible for refurbishing some of the region’s most iconic buildings. They have an extensive programme of projects and are offering long term contracts in the Glasgow and Edinburgh areas. The Role We are looking for a Site Manager with experience of working on commercial office refurbishments and fit out schemes. * Responsibility for the success of a project ensuring it is handed over on time, to the client’s expectations and within budget. * Manage project programme. * Manage quality expectations and ensure these are achieved. * Assist with site establishment and site logistics. * Manage all requirements for Health, Safety and environment compliance. * Identifies and manages risk. * Ensure delivery against the project budgets. * Agree requirements for time, cost and quality aspects of trade contractor packages. To be successful in the role you will be an effective communicator with a positive, passionate and engaging approach. This is a great opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor.
