We are recruiting for experienced and forward thinking Human Resources Administrator. This is full time and permanent position and working for very well established care company. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide a comprehensive HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle.
2. Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
3. Support on-boarding processes, quality assurance, and electronic filing.
4. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
5. Provide first-line policy advice and guidance.
6. Manage and track DBS checks, visa renewals, and Right to Work compliance.
7. Prepare and submit documentation for DSARs and other employee requests.
8. Support employee relations through note-taking at confidential meetings.
9. Process reference requests and third-party correspondence.
10. Carry out data cleansing and system updates.
11. Produce ad hoc HR reports.
12. Contribute to HR projects, including process automation and service improvement initiatives.
13. Undertake other reasonable duties as required by the HR Business Partner.
