As we prepare for Peak 2026, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to support the rapid growth of our Delivery Driver operation.
This is a fast-paced role focused on sourcing, screening and onboarding Delivery Drivers across our operation. We are looking for someone proactive, organised and driven, who is comfortable managing high-volume recruitment in a demanding logistics environment.
What you’ll be doing:
• Managing high-volume delivery driver recruitment campaigns
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and referrals
• Conducting pre-screening calls and initial candidate assessments
• Supporting onboarding and compliance processes
• Working closely with Operations to meet hiring targets efficiently
• Maintaining strong communication and candidate engagement throughout the process
What we’re looking for:
• Previous recruitment experience (transport/logistics preferred)
• Experience recruiting delivery drivers or operational/frontline roles is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to work under pressure
• Someone results-driven who can move quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
This role could suit someone with agency recruitment experience, transport recruitment background, or someone already operating independently within recruitment.
