Service Care Solutions is working alongside an employee-focused local authority, based in Reading, who are seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer to join their established and highly regarded legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and motivated employment law specialist looking to take on a diverse and rewarding caseload within the public sector.
About the Role
* Conducting and managing employment litigation matters (contentious and non-contentious) from start to finish, including advocacy at Employment Tribunal hearings.
* Advising on a wide range of employment issues such as disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, TUPE, and restructuring.
* Supporting and advising HR teams on day-to-day personnel processes and employment disputes.
* Delivering training sessions to HR officers and stakeholders on employment law topics.
