The role
You'll support the COO. She's been here since the early days, grown with the firm, and is ready to share what she knows. This isn't a \"sit outside the door and manage a diary\" role. You'll be included. In meetings. In decisions. In the work that matters.

What we're looking for
* 1-2 years of administrative or EA experience
* Degree educated
* Someone hungry to learn, not someone who thinks they've arrived
* Comfortable with technology (the team would call themselves \"AI native\" – take that as you will)
* Professional, reliable, curious
* Ready to say yes, figure it out, and grow
