HR Administrator
Location: Cardiff (with hybrid working – typically one day a week in the office)
Contract: Permanent, 9am – 5pm

At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our dynamic and forward-thinking HR team. You’ll play a key role in helping us attract, onboard, and support talented individuals who make Redkite a great place to work.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations — supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding and record-keeping to engagement and wellbeing initiatives.

What Will You Be Doing?
* Provide high-quality administrative support across the HR function, ensuring the smooth delivery of day-to-day people operations.
* Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation in line with company policy and data protection standards.
* Support onboarding and induction processes — preparing offer packs, coordinating welcome activities, and ensuring new joiners are set up for success.
* Act as a key contact for employee queries, providing timely and professional assistance on HR processes and systems.
* Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement, wellbeing, training, and benefits administration.
* Help coordinate aspects of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, managing correspondence, and updating recruitment records.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and processes, helping to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
* HR Admin Experience – Prior experience in a similar role, you take pride in keeping HR processes accurate, compliant, and well-documented.
* People-focused and approachable – you build positive relationships and provide a welcoming, professional service to colleagues and candidates alike.
* Proactive and adaptable – you can juggle multiple priorities and remain calm under pressure.
* Strong communicator – clear, courteous, and confident across written and verbal communication.
* Tech-savvy – confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning HR systems or digital tools.
* Collaborative team player – supportive, dependable, and ready to contribute to the team’s success.
* Driving Licence - Some travel to our various offices is a key part of the role.
