Page Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a leading international business who are looking to appoint a new Customer Service Manager to join them at their Barnsley based Offices
Job Description
3. Provide support to international customers via phone and email
4. Build strong, long lasting working relationships with key international customers through cleat communications
5. Own customer orders from cradle to grave
6. Process customer orders accurately and in line with agreed timescales
7. Take ownership of any customer issues, looking to resolve in a timely manor with minimum impact to customers
8. Work closely with production and logistics to arrange timely delivery of customer orders
9. Keep customers updated on the status and potential changes of their order
10. Provide world class levels of service to customers during all interactions

11. Experience in a similar customer service management role
12. Passionate about providing world class service
13. Experience in a similar type business
14. Ability to build strong working relationships
15. Excellent communicator
