Your HR post will include the activities below:
Collaborate with the management team to develop the HR Business Strategy and objectives, aligning them with the overall strategic business plan.
Offer professional advice and support to Directors and Managers on employment legislation etc.
Focus on employee learning and development through appraisals, coaching, and training programs to support business goals.
Proactively support change management, recruitment initiatives etc...
