About the role
This senior, influential role is responsible for operational leadership, compliance, and the delivery of high‑quality, safe and sustainable Estates services across the Trust. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to the Estates team, offer expert advice on technical and compliance matters across the Trust’s estate, ensure full compliance with all relevant Statutory Legislation, Health Technical Memorandums (HTMs) and Codes of Practice, and continuously improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of our facilities. You will act as the Trust’s Senior Operational Manager for Engineering and Estates (EME) services and have the competence and authority to line‑manage Authorised Persons in accordance with HTM‑00.

About you
You will be a confident senior Estates professional with a strong background in complex estates environments, able to balance strategic vision with hands‑on operational leadership. You will have proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across Estates services.
