Inbound Sales Executive NWF Fuels ?are recruiting multiple Customer Service Advisor's to join our well-established Domestic Fuels team on a Short-Term Fixed Term Contract. Joining our high performing, fast paced team, based from our head office in Crewe. Our customers are at the centre of our business and providing the best possible service is paramount. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for handling queries through to resolution in a timely manner and supporting the sales function through converting previous quotations into orders. Dealing with a high volume of customer calls over the peak period? Recording all data accurately into our systems keeping customer records up to date? What Will You Bring? Previous experience in a customer focused role - telephone based would be advantageous? Friendly, approachable and confident telephone manner? Confident negotiation skills when working with customers to convert quotes into orders? Ability to provide unrivalled customer service and work to SLA's Strong interpersonal skills with the ability build relationships both with customers and other internal departments?
