Salary: £25,000 to £28,000 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5pm

Role profile, duties include but are not limited to:
* Respond to all sales leads
* Handle inbound sales enquiries
* Deal with clients directly
* Proactively develop opportunities from dormant and new leads
* Ensure all enquiries are maximised with cross-sell/upsell where appropriate
* Liaise with other departments including logistics to ensure the status of client’s orders are updated
* Build, establish and maintain excellent client relationships
* Able to deal with complaints and issues effectively and with empathy
Essential Criteria:
* Sales experience
* Exceptional people skills and professionalism
* Effective oral and written communication skills
* Strong IT skills
* Sound organisational, analytical & problem-solving skills
* Experience of ERP transactional process
* Strong team player

* Own transport
