You’ll be joining a respected civil engineering contractor with a strong presence across North Wales and the Northwest. Known for deliveringplex infrastructure, groundworks and public‑realm schemes, they pride themselves on technical capability, strong site leadership and amitment to safe, efficient delivery. With a new project kicking off in Flintshire, they’re looking to appoint an experienced Civils Site Manager to drive performance on site.Your new role
You’ll take full responsibility for day to day site operations, overseeing groundworks, drainage, earthworks and associated civils packages. You’ll manage subcontractors, monitor progress against programme, ensurepliance with health and safety standards, and maintain clearmunication with the project team. This role requires a hands-on leader who can maintain control of a busy civils site while ensuring work is delivered to specification.What you’ll need to succeed
1. Proven experience in civils site management across infrastructure, groundworks or heavy civils
2. Strong understanding of drainage, earthworks and foundations
3. Ability to coordinate subcontractors and drive programme
4. Excellent knowledge of site H&S requirements
5. SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
6. A proactive, organised approach with strongmunication skills
