£500 per day | Inside IR35

An experienced Senior Blue Prism Developer is required to join a growing automation team delivering a programme of business-critical RPA solutions within a large public sector organisation.
With a strong pipeline of work already identified, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and deploying Blue Prism automations that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort and support critical operational services.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong Blue Prism expertise alongside the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders, understand business processes and translate requirements into effective automation solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Strong commercial Blue Prism development experience
* Proven track record delivering multiple end-to-end RPA solutions
* Experience creating detailed business requirements and Process Definition Documents (PDDs)
* API integration experience and an API‑first approach
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions
