Job Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Nr Loughborough, Hybrid (3 days in office)
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 30% OTE
Position Overview
As Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving international revenue growth, bridging strategic objectives with operational execution. This role takes ownership of market development, technical deal closure, distributor engagement, and mentoring junior sales talent.
Our client designs and manufactures specialist thermal management and refrigeration systems for industrial and scientific applications. Products are recognized for their precision cooling, energy efficiency, and reliability, supporting OEMs and distributors worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate global strategy into actionable sales plans.
* Identify and prioritize key OEM targets and lead initial outreach.
* Support the Junior Sales Executive on high-value opportunities.
* Address technical objections, manage custom specification requirements, and lead final price negotiations.
* Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure pipeline progression.
* Drive deal velocity, preventing stalls at technical evaluation stages.
* Deliver product training and participate in joint customer visits.
* Monitor and enforce distributor performance against monthly sales targets.
* Provide day-to-day guidance to the Junior Sales Executive.
* Review quotes, join calls, and coach on industrial refrigeration and CapEx ROI.
Candidate Profile
* 5–8 years in technical B2B sales.
* Demonstrated ability to manage complex deals and international territories.
* Background in industrial refrigeration, HVAC, or thermal management strongly preferred.
* Ability to interpret schematics, discuss thermal loads, and understand refrigeration cycles.
* Capable of building credibility with OEM engineering teams.
* Proficient in CRM systems and pipeline management.
* Experience working across diverse business cultures and time zones.
