Admin Officer (Band 3)
Location: Belfast
Hours of work: Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm (37 hours p/w)
Salary: £ p/h
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Job Purpose
The Band 3 Administrative Officer will provide essential administrative support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the organisation. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide general administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
2. Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service.
3. Maintain and update records and databases accurately.
4. Process correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
5. Assist in financial administration tasks, such as processing invoices and expenses.
Essential Criteria:
6. At least 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
8. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
10. High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
