Job Title: Office Administrator Location: Holywood Road, Belfast Pay Rate: £14.35 per hour Parking: On-site car parking available Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm Friday: 8:30am - 2:00pm Key Responsibilities: Audio typing medical reports from doctor dictation Preparing clinic documentation for doctors and nurses Pulling patient charts and creating new patient records Receiving employer information and updating patient files Front-of-house reception duties Responding to emails and telephone enquiries Using systems including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and Phillips SpeechLive dictation software Essential Criteria: Previous experience in Occupational Health (private or public sector) OR Previous experience within a healthcare setting Strong audio typing and administrative skills Excellent communication and organisational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Interested?
