The Role
As our Internal Recruiter, you’ll take full ownership of the recruitment process across a variety of roles—from skilled tradespeople to office-based professionals. Youll work closely with hiring managers, improve systems and processes, and ensure that every hire supports the growth and values of our business.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source, screen, and review CVs for both trade and office positions.
* Conduct first-stage interviews and manage candidate assessments.
* Build a talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.
* Guide and support hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Assist in streamlining recruitment activities using Salesforce (or similar CRM systems).
* Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
* Maintain accurate recruitment records and regularly report on progress.
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
* Proven ability to recruit for a variety of roles (ideally trade and office-based).
* Skilled in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment.
* Familiarity with recruitment systems or CRMs (Salesforce experience is a big plus).
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple roles.
* Confident, professional communicator who builds strong internal relationships.
* Proactive and detail-oriented with a solution-focused mindset.
