Role Overview
A Food and Beverage Supervisor oversees operations across outlets such as the restaurant, bar, room service, or conference and banqueting, ensuring an excellent guest experience and achievement of departmental targets.
* Responsibilities: Supervising daily operations, handling guest queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences. Deputize for management as needed and work collaboratively towards goals.
* Ideal Candidate: Ambitious, passionate about leadership, with excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Eager to develop and guide a team to success.
