Vertu CUPRA Darlington We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join the team at Vertu CUPRA Darlington! This role offers a competitive basic salary of £27,000, with on‑target earnings (OTE) of £45,000 and uncapped commission, with earnings up to £60,000. In addition to excellent earning potential, we pride ourselves on offering genuine work‑life balance. You’ll work a 40‑hour week (five 8‑hour shifts), be on duty for most Saturdays (our busiest sales day), and enjoy a guaranteed day off during the week. We are closed on Sundays, giving you a consistent day every week to relax and recharge. As a Sales Executive, you’ll guide customers through a seamless and enjoyable car‑buying journey. From the first point of contact to the final handover, you’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end customer experience, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied.
