Location: Exeter
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 + Car Allowance / Company Truck

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused Site Quality and Compliance Manager to take ownership of site audits, compliance, and quality control across a range of developments throughout the South West. Reporting to the Production Director and working closely with Project and Contract Managers, you will act as the central point of contact for quality assurance across multiple live sites.
The Role
As Site Quality and Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of quality and legal compliance across construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct regular site audits to monitor, maintain, and improve quality standards
2. Review and manage audit sheets, ensuring consistency and accuracy
3. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, NHBC standards, and Building Regulations
4. Maintain accurate, up-to-date company documentation
5. Liaise regularly with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships
6. Support and advise site teams on compliance, quality, and best practice
7. Travel across the South West to visit live projects (travel essential)
About You
This role would suit someone from an inspection background, ideally with experience from NHBC or LABC.
Essential Experience & Skills:
8. Strong background within construction or groundworks
9. Previous experience in quality inspection, compliance, or auditing
10. Excellent organisational and communication skills
11. High attention to detail
12. Ability to travel throughout the South West region
