Your new role
In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring HR operations run smoothly and in full compliance with UK employment law. You'll support managers and employees across a range of HR functions, including:
* Managing HR processes and maintaining accurate records
* Supporting employee relations and resolving queries
* Overseeing recruitment and onboarding activities
* Coordinating performance reviews and development plans
* Developing and implementing HR policies
* Identifying training needs and delivering effective programs
* Promoting wellbeing and a positive workplace culture
What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in HR management
* Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive continuous improvement
* Experience with HR systems and data reporting
* A CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable.
What you'll get in return
The salary ranges from £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. This is a permanent vacancy.
