Senior Principal Consultant - Interim Technology

£70-80k + commission - Equity opportunity
The commercial opportunity:
* Year 1: Guaranteed 10% commission on all revenue (no thresholds) + bonuses to match what you're walking away from

The situation:
I'm recruiting for an established interim specialist (15 years trading, strong North West presence) who place CFOs and Finance Directors. They're expanding into senior interim technology and need someone to lead the Manchester market.
This is an adjacent market play, not a cold start. Their finance clients repeatedly ask for ERP transformation leads, Interim CTOs, Cyber Security Directors, and Heads of Data but they don't currently have the capability to service these mandates.
