What You’ll Earn
* Uncapped commission

What You’ll Do
* Speak daily with software engineers and AI specialists
* Develop relationships with UK & US technology companies
* Generate new business opportunities
* Source and qualify high-calibre technical talent
* Manage interview processes and offer negotiations
* Build and own your own specialist market
You will be trained to operate as a commercial consultant — not a CV sender.
Working Pattern
* Hybrid model: 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote
Our office days are high-energy, collaborative and focused on call sessions, deal strategy and training.
