About the Position
Join an established professional services firm as an experienced HR Manager on a 6-month fixed term contract, where you will play a crucial role in uplifting HR capacity with a focus on employee experience, retention, and operational quality. What You'll Do
1. Lead complex, sensitive, and high-risk employee relations cases, ensuring compliant, fair, and commercially sound outcomes.
2. Co-lead organisational change programmes, including restructures and transformation projects, in partnership with senior HR leadership.
3. Partner with business leaders to forecast and plan medium- and long-term resource needs.
4. Strengthen people management capability through coaching, training, and one-to-one support.
5. Review, update, and embed HR policies to ensure legal compliance and organisation-wide consistency.
6. Support and deliver HR projects involving HRIS enhancements, wellbeing and engagement initiatives, and inclusion and culture programmes.
7. Line manage and mentor junior HR team members, providing structured coaching to build capability and operational accuracy.
