An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a fast-paced and people-focused organisation. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Senior Management Team, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning people with business objectives to drive growth, performance, and organisational success. The role will be full time on site 5 days a week and commence as soon as possible. This operational position will lead on workforce planning, employee engagement, and cultural development, while ensuring compliance with HR best practices and UK employment law. The HR Manager will champion company values and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture where people can thrive. Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day HR management, providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees. Oversee and manage employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, and absence management. Support managers in driving engagement, performance, and accountability. Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and the staff handbook, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice. Manage recruitment and selection processes, from advertising through to onboarding, ensuring alignment with business needs and culture.
