HR Manager & Head Office Operations Lead Greater Manchester Full-Time | Permanent £43,000 – £45,000 About the Role Sentrex Services UK Ltd is a growing national facilities management business. We are now looking to recruit a HR Manager & Head Office Operations Lead to take full ownership of our HR function while leading the day-to-day operations of our head office. This is a senior, hands-on role with direct exposure to Directors and real responsibility for shaping how the business operates. Key Responsibilities
* Lead all HR activity across the business (recruitment, onboarding, compliance, HR admin)
* Manage employee relations including disciplinary and grievance processes
* Work with external HR advisors to ensure full legal compliance
* Oversee head office operations and admin team workflow
* Maintain accurate HR records, systems, and reporting
* Support Directors with operational and staffing decisions
About You
* Proven experience in HR and/or office management
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident handling sensitive HR matters
* Able to take ownership and drive standards
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Experience in multi-site or fast-paced environments is desirable
