Job Overview You will manage the entire school estate, ensuring that all buildings, grounds, facilities and systems are safe, secure and maintained to the highest standard. Responsibilities include: • Leading the premises team and overseeing daily site operations • Managing maintenance schedules, compliance logs and statutory testing • Supervising contractors and ensuring high standards of work • Conducting risk assessments and ensuring full H&S compliance • Coordinating security procedures, site access and emergency responses • Supporting events, lettings and operational planning across the school • Managing budgets, procurement and long-term estate development projects This is a key leadership role requiring decisiveness, reliability and strong attention to detail.
