At Talent, we're addressing a major data challenge within the public sector and are seeking a Developer with a solid background in Unit 4. We need someone who knows what good looks like from both a strategic and operational perspective and can guide us through solving our data issues.
As a Developer you will be responsible for;
* Utilise your Unit 4 experience in the public sector to drive data solutions that meet strategic goals.
* Work hands-on to tackle big data challenges and improve our existing data processes.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize Unit 4 solutions within a public sector framework.
* Assess current data strategies and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Serve as a subject matter expert in Unit 4, providing insights and guidance on best practices for data management.
