Involve Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of new build social housing apartment schemes in Swansea. This role requires proven experience managing the construction of flatted developments within the social housing sector, delivering projects safely, on programme, and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. You will act as number one on site, overseeing all day-to-day construction activities from start on site through to completion and handover, ensuring high standards of workmanship and compliance throughout.
