Leicester. Salary £25-30k plus bonus. Office and hybrid working.

Overview
The role as a Sales Executive is busy and diverse. You will proactively support your network of existing and new customers with information on services, offers and membership benefits. This is mostly over the phone and email. You will get involved in corporate events and meetings that are held on site and at other venues throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
* Proactively support your network of existing and new customers with information on services, offers and membership benefits.
* Communicate primarily by phone and email.
* Get involved in corporate events and meetings on site and at other venues throughout the UK.
* Work to develop relationships and provide excellent service to customers.
Qualifications / Experience
* Telephone-based sales, customer service or account management experience, or the personality to talk to people and build relationships.
* Knowledge of working in or supplying into builders' merchants is beneficial but can be taught.
* Experience with a building materials supplier or other membership organisation.
* Experience with a manufacturer in the building materials market is helpful.
* Great sales and service experience; capable of delivering excellent customer service.
