Job summary Permanent | 24/7 shift coverage, working a combination of day shifts (07:30-20:00) and night shifts (19:30-08:00) An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Site Manager to join The Becton Centre for Children and Young People. We are seeking a Registered Learning Disability Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with significant experience in CAMHS or mental health settings to lead and inspire our dedicated teams. The Becton Centre's inpatient lodges include Sapphire, Emerald, and Ruby. Sapphire Lodge is a general adolescent unit for ages 13-18 with mental health, emotional, and behavioural difficulties. Emerald Lodge supports ages 8-13 with similar challenges and is part of the national children's network. Ruby Lodge cares for ages 8-18 with learning disabilities and severe, complex mental health and behavioural problems. About You RNLD or RMN qualification. Significant experience in CAMHS or mental health settings. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of therapeutic interventions and clinical management strategies. A thorough and comprehensive knowledge of child development, neurodevelopmental disorders, and the impact of trauma and attachment challenges. Main duties of the job Reporting into the Workforce Lead some of your responsibilities will include: Oversee out-of-hours service delivery for families and colleagues. Manage a diverse group of service users, ensuring high-quality care and effective lodge processes.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for children, young people, and their families. Provide clinical supervision and support for team members.Lead and manage staff wellbeing, induction, training, and development. Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training programmes. Act as a source of clinical advice, liaising with CAMHS teams and external partners. Conduct audits to evaluate service effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Lead and support service improvement projects across lodges, ensuring clear outcomes and communication.
