We are looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to lead and support HR operations across multiple countries. This role combines strategic oversight with operational involvement and requires strong leadership, a collaborative mindset, and a hands-on approach to human resources. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and support local HR teams across the region Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR processes Act as a trusted partner to managers in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management Execute HR projects and harmonization initiatives at the regional level Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle activities in an assigned country Collaborate with internal HR stakeholders on policy development and process alignment Maintain effective communication across countries and within the HR community Requirements: University degree in HR, business administration, or a related field At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an international setting Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-country teams Strong knowledge of HR operations and employment legislation Fluent in English; additional regional languages are a plus Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience working with works councils or unions is an advantage Proficiency in HR systems
