Job Title: X Dynamics 365 F&O HR Consultant Location: Hybrid (Surrey) Contract: 3 months initially Start Date: ASAP Overview: We are seeking a technically capable Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant with a strong HR module focus to support our internal team. This role is ideal for someone who understands the underlying architecture of D365 F&O and can make configuration-level changes, particularly around HR functionalities. Key Responsibilities: Develop customisation's and extensions in X to tailor D365 F&O HR functionality (including Compensation, Benefits, Leave & Absence, Self-Service). Build and maintain integrations between D365 F&O HR and third-party systems (e.g., payroll, recruitment platforms). Create custom data entities, reports, and workflows to meet business requirements. Collaborate with HR Functional Consultants to translate functional specs into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data migration issues. Perform code reviews, testing, and deployment in line with Microsoft best practices.
